  • 1 can (19 oz/540 ml) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (19 oz/540 ml) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (19 oz/540 ml) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 C (250 ml) corn niblets (canned or frozen), drained or thawed
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 C (250 ml) diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
  • 1/3 C (80 ml) orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Nacho Cheese Dip Mix

Preparation


 
  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Serve, or marinate in fridge for up to 2 days.
